GT 4820 Static Barrier Final Filter (with Burst Ply Protection)

DRB Industries LLC offers the GT-4820 Barrier, the latest breakthrough in reinforced filter media with exceptionally high burst pressure ratings of 25 inches w.g. An extremely well-built V-Bank filter, the GT-4820 has all the characteristics you expect; with a low pressure drop, high dust holding capacity and high volumetric air flow combined in a compact filter ideally suited for challenging operating environments where moisture is a factor. The GT-4820 comes all-plastic, fully incinerable, with a foam-in place seamless gasket to prevent air bypass, and with added structural strength. As always, these filters are fully potted and sealed and come with more square feet of media than the leading competitors and the low pressure drop you require. The best feature of the GT-4820 is its economical price: you get extended service life and incredibly strong filter media.

V-Bank Final Filter

Designed to withstand high velocities and turbulence, the V-Bank Final Filter is excellent for all types of air handling systems. Its Rigid Frame Construction prevents damage to media. The frame dimensions, depth, and filter performance of the V-Bank Final Filter meet requirements of standard air handling systems. Constructed to withstand extreme humidity, high velocities, and turbulence, the V-Bank Final Filter is excellent for all types of air handling systems. The filter element is free of metal parts, eliminating the risk of corrosion and punctures. The V-Bank Final Filter is light weight and easy to handle and provides for low-cost transport and disposal.

FGT V Bank Final Filter

The DRB FGT V-Bank Final Filter is our highest efficiency Final Filter available for Gas Turbine Applications (MERV 16 rating). The F9 Final Filter is 95% efficient down to 0.3 microns. It has a moisture resistant Wet-Laid Fiberglass media with Protections Grids on the air outlet side of the two external pleat packs. The FGT V-Bank Final Filter has an extremely low pressure drop and high dust holding capacity. The ABS Frame has a rigid construction and a 5° tilt for moisture drainage. The FGT V-Bank is available in F-7 and F-8 efficiencies (our most popular choice).

GT XL HF Extended Length Final Filter

DRB Industries’ GT-XL-HF Final Filter comes in a 17” (440mm) depth. This allows for higher dust holding capacity than the normal 12” depth final filters. It has 302 ft2 of media (28m2), almost 100ft2 more than standard filters. The GT-XL-HF Final Filters are water resistant. A Hot Glue separator ensures equal spacing between pleats. Rigid, Sturdy construction makes the filters durable, easy to ship, and easy to install. The GT-XL-HF Final Filters are fully incinerable, making disposal easy as well. It also has an ABS special draining design, and reinforcing grids downstream for extra burst protection. The GT-XL-HF Final Filter comes in a variety of efficiencies.

Q Cell Final Filter

The Q Cell Final Filter has deep “V” pleats to maximize exposure to air for even dust holding capacity. The pleats are tapered to channel air through the filter. The Q Cell Final Filter is made with 26 gauge galvanized steel for maximum rigidity and to resist corrosion. Plastic separators prevent blowout or the bowing of the pleat packs. The filter media is synthetic and resistant to moisture, abrasion, and microbial growth. The Q Cell Final Filter comes in a variety of efficiencies for your specific application.

ESCF Final Filter

The DRB ESCF Final Filter is ideal for applications requiring supported media, and fit in the Camfil / Farr HP Holding Basket. They are also a cost-effective because the media is interchangeable. Each ESCF filter element has tapered pleats to maximize the media area and assure low airflow resistance. The ESCF is made of non-woven polypropylene fibers with high tensile strength. The filter elements are collapsible, making for easy transportation.

HEPA Final Filter

DRB HEPA Final Filters use Minipleat technology as an alternative to traditional filter boxes with resistant aluminum separators. This increases both the volume and the life of the filter at low pressure drop. The pleats are arranged in a V-shape format for optimum flow characteristics and are glued to the polystyrol housing. All filters are free of metal parts and fully incinerable, making for easy disposal. DRB HEPA Final Filters are 99.97% efficient @ ≥ 3 microns and have a low initial pressure drop.

EMW VK-KW Series

The ultimate in 2 stage filtration in one system. EMW VK-KW system consists of one fine filter Compact Cassette and one prefilter inside a prefilter housing.

Rigid Cell Filters

Today's highly efficient air handling systems maximize efficiency by varying airflow according to the needs of the occupied space. The Rigid Cell Filter is built with special plastic separators and heavy gauge metal backing to hold the pleated media stable at any airflow for maximum media utilization. This filter is constructed with polypropylene media and separators to discourage microbial growth and is offered in ASHRAE ratings of 45%, 65%, 85%, and 95% and Odor Ban carbon media.

Final Filter Wraps

DRB Industries LLC offers wraps for your Static Barrier Final Filters. Ideal for applications where medium to high efficiency is necessary, these wraps will extend the life of your Final Filters. The wraps come in many different efficiencies for your application.

Final Filter Holding Frames

The DRB filter holding frames are comprised of “L” shaped steel bars welded together to form the rectangular shape. Adjustable tension springs to fit all pocket filters, compact filters, or combination systems are also available. The header frames of the filters are fixed inside to our holding frame at four edges with four tension springs. A complete filter wall can be put together quickly and easily. Stainless Steel is available on request.

F5 Rigid Pocket Filter

The F5 Rigid Pocket Filter is constructed to withstand extreme humidity, high velocities and turbulence and is excellent for all types of air handling systems. The Synthetic Media is rated at ASHRAE 45-50%.

F6 Rigid Pocket Filter

The F6 Rigid Pocket Filter is constructed to withstand extreme humidity, high velocities and turbulence and is excellent for all types of air handling systems. It is made of Synthetic Media and rated at ASHRAE 65%, MERV 10.

Soft Pocket Bag Filter

The Soft Pocket Filter has a uniquely designed extruded aluminum frame for increased stability, reduced corrosion, and greater filter life. The pocket seams are ultrasonically sealed to prevent leakage and reduce the possibility of tearing. The Soft Pocket Filter comes in 100% synthetic media, resistant to all types of bacterial growth, and with internal pocket spacers to provide lower pressure drop and reduced energy costs.

HESB Media Pocket Filter for Altair® Units

DRB’s Synthetic Media Bag Filters come in 95% Efficient (F-8) performance and sizes to replace the Altair Super Nova SN8 Filter Bag. The DRB (HESB) has 6 pockets of 100% synthetic polypropylene lofted microfiber media. There is a non-flammable adhesive applied to the entire header & pocket channels. The entire steel support element is staked, riveted, and glued into one composite framework to ensure leak proof pocket attachment. Cover strips are also provided to add structural integrity. A neoprene rubber gasket is standard on the air exit side (back) of header.

G-4 Pocket Filter

The G-4 Pocket Filter comes in standard 24” x 24” x 7” size (8 pockets) or sized to fit the EMW VK-KW System (7 pockets). It has a high dust holding capacity and low pressure drop. It has no metal parts and comes standard with an all plastic frame that is fully incinerable. The G-4 Pocket Filter uses 100% Non–Woven Polyester Pockets to provide an extremely efficient filter with high dust holding capacity. Its 7” depth allows you to use it in Final Filter or Pre-Filter applications.

High Efficiency Multi-Pocket Bag Filters

DRB Pocket Filters are the most economical solution for high efficiency air filtration. We offer ASHRAE efficiencies 45%, 65%, 85% and 95% in four standard face dimensions and six standard pocket lengths up to 36". We also offer "Quality Paks" with OIL MIST collection media. This allows maximum flexibility to tailor per application. Non-standard sizes are also available.

Pocket Filter (Coarse Filter)

EMW – pocket filters for prefiltration are optionally manufactured in plastic or metal frame. Depending on the requirement the pocket filters can be provided with an additional endless foamed sealing.

Pulse Filter Cylindrical & Conical Combination

DRB Industries’ Cylindrical – Conical Pulse Filter Cartridge Combination System comes in a variety of media choices to fit your operating conditions. With our Pulse Filter Cartridges you get High Efficiency Media, Low Pressure Drop, and High Dust Holding Capacity in a Rugged Filter System. We use pleat Separators and hot spiral glue bead to add extra stability to the media surface. Corrosion resistant Galvanized Metal Liners and End Caps are standard (SS is also available). A seamless gasket is part of the PFC – Combination to provide an air tight seal.

Cylindrical Pulse Filter Cartridge

Cylindrical Pulse Filter Cartridges come in high efficiency media (98%) with extremely low pressure drops and high dust holding capacities...in a zinc coated moisture resistant expanded metal cartridge. Spiral Hot Melt adds extra stability. End Cap comes with a Seamless rubber Gasket standard.

Polyester Cube Filters

We offer a wide array of polyester medias. Each of these medias meet specific performance characteristics with a unique blend of fiber sizes, binders and tackifiers. We configure these medias into a variety of products with single or multiple media layers. This gives you maximum flexibility tomeet any need. We can also customize media combinations per your specifications. We’ve got the filter for your application.

Conical Pulse Filter Cartridge

Our High Efficiency Conical Pulse Filter Cartridges come in 2 different sizes and have low pressure drop characteristics, high volumetric air flow, and high dust holding capacities for even the most demanding application.

SSF Composite Cartridge Filter (LM 6000)

New technology advances in synthetic filter media has allowed us to make available the Composite Cartridge Filter. A Dual Element Composite System designed specifically for GE LM 6000 units, the Composite Filter consists of an inner filter element (made of a non-woven multi-denier polyester liner) and an outer filter that utilizes the latest breakthroughs in filter media efficiency today. The Composite Cartridge Filter employs a proprietary filter media composed of a network of sub-micron porous fibers bonded to the surface of the media. This extra layer of protection on the substrate of the media gives you greater dust loading & longer service life than standard media formulations.

Twist-Lock Replacement Filters

DRB Industries’ Twist Lock Cartridge Filter is specifically designed as a direct replacement for Pneumafil Pulse Cleaning Systems. Our Twist Lock Cartridge comes with a twist lock top and all the high filter performance features you expect from DRB Industries. Media options are available in both 80/20 Blended Media and 100% Synthetic Media. We use Pleated Separators to maintain proper spacing both inside and outside of the pleat pack. As always, all DRB cartridge filters come with 100% air-tight adhesive to prevent bypass, and a seamless rubber gasket for secure fit. Our Twist Lock Cartridge comes standard with G-60 Corrosion Resistant Zinc Coating or optional Stainless Steel is available.

FT Cylindrical Cartridge

DRB Industries offers the FT Cylindrical Filter Cartridge Filter for FARR Tenkay Pulse Jet Air Filter Systems. Our filter comes in a variety of media choices to fit your operating system. All Media comes with a dimple pleat configuration & with hot spiral glue bead to add extra stability to the media surface. Corrosion resistant Galvanized Metal Liners and Flanged End Caps are standard (SS is also available). A seamless gasket for an airtight seal is also standard. A Hot Spiral Glue bead separator adds extra stability to the media surface and provides uniform spacing.

16" Cylindrical Cartridge Filter

DRB Industries LLC offers the 16” Diameter Cylindrical Pulse Cartridge Filter for AAF® Systems. Our filter comes in a variety of media choices to fit your operating conditions (80/20 blended and 100% synthetic) with pleat separators and hot spiral glue bead to add extra stability to the media surface. Corrosion resistant Galvanized Metal Liners and End Caps are standard (SS is also available). A seamless gasket for an air tight seal is also standard. Also, our filter includes a 1/2” Pre-Filter Wrap.

Static Canister Filter

DRB Industries’ GDX Canister Filters are perfect for use in supply air systems for gas turbines and turbo compressors both on and off shore. Plastic end caps (optional) eliminate the risk of rust and corrosion. Depth Loading Synthetic non-shredding media resists moisture, chemicals, and all types of bacterial growth. GDX Canister Filters are designed to provide low pressure drops while maximizing useful lifetimes, even under extreme operating conditions.

Inner Filter Liner

DRB Industries’ Inner Filter (1st Stage) Liners are the latest in 100% Polyester Filter Media Technology. This new technology provides customers with a more efficient, stiffer, more rigid inner liner than the standard, traditional blue soft media that the leading competitor provides.

Pre-Filter Wraps

DRB Pre-Filter Wraps provide excellent protection and prolong the life of your cartridge filters. Our High Arrestance Efficiencies and Low Pressure Drops make your Gas Turbine perform efficiently. Our Filter Wraps are available in Chain-Stitched or popular Velcro designs. These medium efficiency filters are designed to capture large particles before they get to your Cartridge Filters. This extends the service life of your cartridge filters. All DRB Pre-Filter Wraps are available in a High-Loft Multi-Denier Media that is non-migrating. Our filters are designed to UL 900 Class 2 standards and have a minimal effect of pressure drop.

G-4 High Efficiency Pre Filter

With the Highest Dust Holding Capacity in the Industry at 1000 grams, the G-4 High Efficiency Pre-Filter also features an extremely low initial pressure drop to help you run more efficiently. Pleat Separators ensure even distribution of the pleats across the filter. The G-4 has up to 28.4 ft2 of media (2.6 m2). A 90 weight, 28 count Beverage Board provides greater rigidity and moisture protection than competitors’ filters. The G-4 High Efficiency Pre-Filter media also comes with a 30 gauge reinforced metal support grid to add extra structural stability to the 100% Gradient Density Synthetic Media (Electro-statically Charged). GT Pre Filter

Heavy Duty Pre Filter

The Heavy-Duty MR is the toughest Disposable Pre-Filter on the market today. It is made of Non-Woven Polyester media, pleated with metal grid backing and bonded to a rigid, heavy duty, moisture resistant 52 point die-cut frame. It comes with weep holes for moisture drainage. The Heavy Duty MR is designed for coastal and high humidity applications, and has almost twice the service life of standard disposable pre-filters.

Guard Door Pre-Filter for GE LM Units

DRB Industries’ extended surface Pre-Filters come standard with 100% Synthetic electro-statically charged gradient density media, optimum pleat spacing, and high quality construction. The Pre-Filter for Guard Door Systems is designed to collect a preponderance of dust particulate (particle build up) prior to the air entering your High Efficiency Final Filter. The Pre-Filter for Guard Door Systems has a double wall high wet strength heavy duty beverage board frame & the media packs are totally bonded to the frame with a metal support grid backing. Diagonal Stabilizer support grids are also bonded to the pleats to provide additional support and prevent pleat collapse.

Self Supported Pre-Filters

DRB Industries offers a Self-Supported Pre-Filters. These filters are made with special self-supported, multi-layered, non-cellulose pleated media which eliminates the need of metal backing. They are enclosed in a waterproof frame made of proprietary board material that will not deform or degrade throughout the service life of the filter.

SMP Mini-Pleat Panel Filter for Altair® Units

The SMP Mini-Pleat Panel Filter offers maximum filtration in a 2” filter frame. The media is a single web of gradient density fibers which achieves high dust holding, high efficiency, and low pressure drop. The pleats are held rigid and evenly spaced to maintain even loading and air distribution. The entire filter is constructed of polypropylene which offers several advantages; one being the filter does not support the growth of bacteria, fungi, or mold. Another benefit is that these filters will not corrode or degrade over an extended service period, even under high humidity conditions. Polypropylene media is much more puncture resistant than glass paper and is resistance to most chemicals.

Exchangeable Plastic Frame

Our Exchangeable Plastic Frames are not as heavy as metal frames. Built with reusable alternate plastic components, these frames have nearly an unlimited number of reuses, saving on disposal costs and reducing volume for transport and storage. Exchangeable Plastic Frames are much more rigid and hold up to moisture much better than beverage board filters.

Cover Leaf Metal Holding Frame

Our Clover Leaf Metal Holding Frames have "snap-out" lock edges which hold the clover leaf-shaped door in place. The 24 gauge steel "U" construction adds strength and durability to the frames. The tuck-in clover-leaf front door has a permanent hinge. The Clover Leaf Holding Frame has mitered corners, preventing protruding edges.

Polyester Pad Filters

Our High Efficiency Polyester Pads and Rolls are made from a High Loft, Multi Denier Blend Polyester Media. They have Low Pressure Drop and High Dust Holding Capacity, and come available in a wide variety of sizes, thicknesses, and MERV ratings. Polyester Pads and Rolls are also available with a Non-Migrating Tackifier.

Z Line Inserts

The Z-Line Inserts are used in our plastic holding frame, registering filter class G3 to G4. The inserts are made of the highest quality filter media and are fully incinerable. The Z-Line Inserts are made to have high stability and yet light construction (inserts have stability at 100% relative humidity), leading to a long lifetime. The media has high dust holding capacity and extremely low pressure drop.

EQP / DQP - Pleated Panel Filters

We achieve this with 100% synthetic electrostatically charged gradient density media, optimum pleat spacing and high quality construction. Our pleated filters have exceptionally high initial and sustained efficiency, high dust holding capacity, and very low pressure drop. The media is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, does not absorb moisture and will not support microbial growth.

Coalescer Pre-Filter

Our Coalescer Pre-Filter comes with a high weft, moisture resistant fiberglass media. It agglomerates the water particles in the atmosphere, transforms them into drops, drains them through the lower panel fiber, and evacuates them out of the air stream. It is 100% efficient @ 3 microns and above, and is nested in our reusable plastic frame.

Poret Foam / Pre Filter

Poret® Foam is excellent in high moisture and salt coastal environments. It has high ageing stability, making it a very popular filtration choice. Because it is washable and easily discarded, Poret® Foam is also very easy to use. It has very high dust holding capacity. It also contains no plasticizers and has high ozone and oxygen resistance. It is temperature resistant up to 100°C (212°F). The process by which Poret® Foam is formed is completely CFC free and Poret® Foam can be used multiple times saving you time and money.

Evaporative Cooling Media for Gas Turbine

Evaporative Cooling Media from DRB Industries is engineered to provide our customers efficient cooling, low pressure drop, and long service life. Our pads provide reliable cooling efficiencies because of our exceptional design, virgin cellulose Kraft paper, and thermosetting resins and rigidifying agents that give you maximum cooling. Evaporative Cooling Media for Gas Turbine (Flame Retardant) GLASdek

Our Flame Retardant Evaporative Cooling Media is made from a flame retardant material fortified with special rigidifying agents. The cross fluted, unequal angle pad design induces highly turbulent mixing of air and water for optimum heat and moisture transfer. This unique design also functions to continually direct more water to the air entering face of the pad, where the most intense evaporation occurs, further enhancing the operating efficiency of the pad.

Cellular Drift Eliminators

DRB Drift Eliminators are state of the art and durable, high efficiency, and with cell design that will meet the most stringent moisture removal specifications. Special features are included in the designs for Counterflow and Crossflow towers. DRB Drift Eliminators provide ultra-low drift loss and are used in Cooling Towers, Evaporative Cooling Turbine Intake Coolers, Scrubbers, and High Humidity Cooling Systems. They work well in Inlet Hoods to protect from moisture ingression. Drift Eliminators have extremely low pressure drop & eliminate moisture droplets @ > 50 microns.

Mist Eliminator

DRB Mist Eliminator filters are highly effective in significantly reducing oil mist, water mist, fog or rain droplets. In addition, they are useful downstream of chilled water coils and steam. 1900 - Compact Low Differential Pressure Switch

Our most popular series combines advanced design and precision construction to make these switches able to perform many of the tasks of larger, costlier units. Designed for air conditioning service, they also serve many fluidics, refrigeration, oven and dryer applications. For air and non combustible compatible gases, Series 1900 switches have set points from 0.07 to 20˝ (1.8 to 508 mm) w.c. Set point adjustment is easy with range screw located inside conduit enclosure. Internal location helps prevent tampering. UL, CE, CSA listed, and FM approved.

1950 - Explosion-Proof Differential Pressure Switch

Model 1950 Explosion-Proof Differential Pressure Switch combines the best features of the popular Dwyerseries 1900 with an integral explosion-proof and weather-proof housing, making it an exceptional value for either ap-plication. It is CE, UL and CSA listed, FM approved for use in Class I, Div 1, Groups C and D, Class II Groups E, F,and G and Class III hazardous atmospheres (NEMA 7 & 9), Raintight (NEMA 3). Weatherproof features include adrain plug and O-ring seal in cover. Electrical connections are easily made by removing front cover. For conveniencethe set point adjustment screw is located on the outside of the housing. Twelve models offer set points from .03 to20˝w.c. (7.5 to 5 kPa) and from .5 to 50 psi (0.035 to 3.5 bar). The unit is very light and compact — about half theweight and bulk of other explosion-proof or weather-proof switches with separate enclosures.

DA/DS - Bourdon Tube Pressure Switch

This D Series has extremely high sensitivity and great repeatability. The DA Models are equipped with two external adjustments, one for setting high pressure operating point, the other for setting low pressure operating point. Deadband, the difference between high and low setpoints, is adjustable over the full scale. The DS Models are equipped with a single external adjustment for setting operating point only. For mercury free switches, choose between the snap action switch or hermetically sealed snap action switch. A hermetically sealed mercury switch is also available.

XTBX - Diaphragm Seal for DA Series Pressure Switch

Mercoid® diaphragm seals prevent corrosive, viscous or other damaging pressure media (gas, liquid, etc.) from entering the pressure power element (Bourdon tube) in pressure or differential pressure controls. Plain seals cannot be field-disassembled for cleaning or other purposes. Mercoid® clean-out type diaphgram seals can be field-disassembled for cleaning or other purposes. Top bowl (Key #4 in diagram at right) with both clean-out ring (9) and control attached can be removed while bottom bowl (8) is still connected to system. However, system must be shut down beforehand.

SA1100 - Diaphragm Operated Pressure Switch

Weatherproof and Explosion-Proof in one economical enclosure. Extremely rugged construction assures excellent reliability in chemical, petroleum, and industrial plants. New design also provides burst pressure protection to 3000 psi (206 bar). The rolling diaphragm design maintains a constant effective area to minimize friction. This results in a minimum deadband as low as 5% of full scale. Since many applications require higher deadbands, the SA1100 includes a separate adjustment of this when necessary. A feature being used to control liquid level in a tank would be a typical situation where this feature would be important. Both setpoint and deadband adjustments are protected, yet clearly visible behind a clear polycarbonate window and are fully isolated from the electrical components for additional safety. A 7/16" open-end wrench is the only tool required to change settings. Terminal blocks are provided for switch wiring connections and both internal and external ground screws are included. Standard housing is weatherproof to NEMA standards 1 through 4X and 13; explosion-proof to NEMA 7, Class I, Groups B, C, and D; NEMA 9, Class II, Groups E, F, and G. Optional construction adds drain to meet IP54.

1000W - Diaphragm Operated Pressure Switch

Extremely rugged construction provides excellent reliability in chemical, petroleum, and industrial plants. Bellville spring movement permits mounting of control in any position and helps prevent contact chatter. New design also provides high over-pressure protection. Weatherproof housing is standard.

1000E - Diaphragm Operated Pressure Switch

Same rugged construction as used in the Series 1000W plus explosion-proof design are combined in this new unit. UL listed for Class I, Groups A, B, C, and D; Class II, Groups E, F, and G. Bellville spring movement permits mounting of control in any position and helps prevent contact chatter. High over-pressure protection and vibration resistance are also featured.

H2 - Dual-Action Explosion-proof Pressure Switch

Explosion-Proof, UL and CSA Listed for Class I, Groups B, C, and D and Class II, Groups E, F, and G. The H2 is designed for sequencing two different actions as pressure of a liquid or gas increases or decreases. The patented design consists of two concentric pistons operated by a single diaphragm with one pressure chamber. Each piston actuates a separate switch independent of the other. The switches may be adjusted to operate together, at opposite ends of the range, or at two intermediate set points. The threaded top is removed to field adjust or service switches without disturbing electrical or pressure connections. The Duotect® switch is explosion-proof and weatherproof. It can be mounted in any position and is not affected by vibration.

A1F - Low Cost OEM Pressure Switch

Low cost and precision made, the A1F Pressure Switch is ideal for OEM industrial applications. Wetted materials of 316 SS and flurocarbon ensure great chemical compatibility with a wide range of process media. The open case style is perfect for panel mounting applications like pump skids. Field installable weatherproof enclosure is available in polycarbonate, offering a low cost weatherproof switch. Superior 15A contact allows direct control of motors or pumps without the use of external relays, a true cost savings. Features include a convenient indicating scale for quick and easy field adjustment.

A1PS/A1VS Economical Pressure Switch

Series A1PS/A1VS Economical Pressure Switches are designed with a 15 Amp SPDT switch for direct control of pumps and motors. Available in pressure, vacuum, or compound ranges, the switches offer a field adjustable set point. Easily adjust the switch by aligning the top of the self locking adjusting nut with the desired setting indicated on the adjacent range scale. Connection is 1/4" male NPT for quick installation and can be mounted in any position.

APS/AVS - Adjustable Pressure Switch

Miniature Series APS/AVS Adjustable Switches offer reliable switching for pressure/vacuum alarm, shutdown, or control. The units are readily adjustable throughout their range using the locking adjusting ring and indicating pointer. The body is constructed of stainless steel for durability in harsh environments. Switches include 12" (30cm) wire leads sealed with epoxy for additional protection.

A2 - Subminiature Pressure Switch

Designed for OEM applications, the Series A2 is economical and is equipped with high proof pressure capabilities for demanding applications. The A2 is available with either spade terminals or flying leads (submersible). Switches with spade terminals can be easily adjusted in the field.

AP - Diaphragm Operated Pressure Switch

Reliable and convenient, the Series AP pressure switch is a compact switch for instrument air or other low pressure applications. Visible set point and external adjustment add convenience. Used on air, noncorrosive gas or liquid service compatible with wetted parts. Unit also available in weatherproof and explosion-proof housing.

MVS - Miniature Vacuum Switch

Compact, lightweight, and adjustable, the Series MVS Miniature Vacuum Switch is specially designed for OEM applications. This low cost switch has a minimum life expectancy of 10 million cycles and has an extremely fast response time. Typical applications for the MVS are HVAC, home appliance, dairy systems, medical, office equipment, and pump control.

EDA - Electronic Pressure Switch

Series EDA Electronic Pressure Control is an extremely versatile compact package that can replace a separate gauge, two switches, and a transmitter in a system saving money, installation time, and panel space. The EDA incorporates two SPDT relays that have the on and off points fully adjustable over the range for control or alarm use. Front face has LED indicators for switch status and a large backlight two-line display showing process value and indication units. Programming is easy with simple menu structure, two-line display, and external programming buttons. Weatherproof housing is ideal for a wide variety of applications with panel mount, flush mount, or pipe mount ability.
